Evaluation Method to Assets Value Estimation on Municipal Traffic Infrastructure

通过对影响交通基础设施资产价值的影响因素分析,综合了各种评估方法的优缺点,选用了最合理的方法对交通基础设施进行价值评估,科学合理地将资产的技术状况指标转化为经济指标。介绍了上海市道路路面和桥梁资产估算方法及估算出的总资产量。最后通过分析评价了上海市道路应该投入的养护维修费用。

Through an influence factor analysis of traffic infrastructure assets value,the most reasonable evaluation method to traffic infrastructure has been adopted on the basis of the advantages and disadvantages of different methods.Technical index could be transformed scientifically and reasonably to economic index by means of this evaluation method.Shanghai urban roads pavement and bridges assets value estimation method and the total assets amount were introduced in this paper.Finally,the appropriate maintenance cost on Shanghai urban roads was analyzed and evaluated.
