摘要
软土地层中采用浅埋暗挖法施工,一直是个比较难解决的问题。不仅限制了地下工程暗挖技术的发展,也限制了地下空间开发的步伐。针对上海轨道交通M8线(杨浦线)1号、2号出入口过街通道在软土地层中采用的浅埋暗挖法施工,介绍了大管棚加小导管注浆为超前支护手段,开挖采用CRD分部开挖工法,附以掌子面全断面注浆加固等辅助工法,使工程获得成功。
It is always a difficult problem of adopting shallow tunneling method in soft soil stratum.The problem has not only limited the development of underground tunneling process but also the progress of underground space developing.Aiming at the shallow tunneling method applied in soft soil stratum successfully in No.1 and No.2 station passageways of Shanghai Metro 8 line,its construction process has been introduced including advanced support means with large pipe shed and small pipe grouting,CRD excavation method,auxiliary processes of tunnel face and whole section strengthening and grouting.
