摘要
目的:测定30例市售牛乳中维生素C(VC)、维生素E(VE)含量与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,以及抗氧化活性(AOA)水平,并与母乳、新生儿脐血进行了比较。结果:市售牛乳作为预防性抗氧化剂或自由基链式反应的阻断剂,其水平均明显低于母乳;后者水平还低于脐血;而AOA值却与脐血无显著差异。结论:市售牛乳的抗氧化效能明显低于母乳。
In this study, the levels of preventive antioxidant activity (AOA) and chain breaking antioxidants including vitamin E, vitamin C and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 30 cases of breast milk, cows milk on sale and cord blood. It showed that the levels of both preventive antioxidant activity and chain breaking antioxidants in cows milk on sale were highly significantly lower than those in breast milk. And the levels of chain breaking antioxidants in cows milk on sale were also significantly lower than those in cord blood, while there was no significant difference between the cows milk on sale and the cord blood in the value of AOA. It suggests that the level of antioxidative condition in cows milk on sale be lower than that in breast milk, and cows milk cannot compensate newborns for antioxidant insufficiency from the antioxidative point of view.
