摘要 目的:测定30例市售牛乳中维生素C(VC)、维生素E(VE)含量与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,以及抗氧化活性(AOA)水平,并与母乳、新生儿脐血进行了比较。结果:市售牛乳作为预防性抗氧化剂或自由基链式反应的阻断剂,其水平均明显低于母乳;后者水平还低于脐血;而AOA值却与脐血无显著差异。结论:市售牛乳的抗氧化效能明显低于母乳。 In this study, the levels of preventive antioxidant activity (AOA) and chain breaking antioxidants including vitamin E, vitamin C and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 30 cases of breast milk, cows milk on sale and cord blood. It showed that the levels of both preventive antioxidant activity and chain breaking antioxidants in cows milk on sale were highly significantly lower than those in breast milk. And the levels of chain breaking antioxidants in cows milk on sale were also significantly lower than those in cord blood, while there was no significant difference between the cows milk on sale and the cord blood in the value of AOA. It suggests that the level of antioxidative condition in cows milk on sale be lower than that in breast milk, and cows milk cannot compensate newborns for antioxidant insufficiency from the antioxidative point of view.
