摘要
从应对突发性环境污染事故出发,通过案例分析阐述了如何开展环境污染事故的事前预防、现场应对和善后处理工作,提出构建科学、快速、高效的应急处置体系,提升应对突发性环境污染事故处置能力的方法。
Through case analysis to response environment pollution accident, the way to establish a scientific, fast and efficient emergency disposal system was described for prevention, site response and disposal of environmental pollution. The method was proposed to improve the disposal ability for emergency environmental pollution accident.
