摘要
目的:对呼吸监护病区(RICU)分离的21株金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)进行耐药性监测。方法:药敏试验采用纸片扩散法,用色原头孢菌素(nitrocefin)纸片法检测内酰胺酶。结果:RICU分离的金葡菌高于普通病房,检出耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)17株,MRSA有12株产内酰胺酶。结论:金葡菌产酶株与非产酶株的耐药相比有差别。
Objective: To study the drug resistance of 21 strains of Staphylococcus aureus(S aureus) isolated from respirartory intensive care unit (RICU). Methods: Drug sensitivity tests were performed by disk diffusion (KB) method and lactamase was determined by Nitrocefin. Results: The detectable rate of S aureus isolated from RICU was higher than general respiratory ward. 17 out of 21 strains of S aureus were methicillinresistant Staphylococcus (MRSA), 12 strains were lactamaseproductive. Conclusion: Resistance to antibiotics was different between lactamase productive and non lactamase productive strains of S aureus vancomycin is the only antibiotics sensitive to all strains of S aureus.
