摘要
网络影视恶搞作品受到社会热捧,此类作品是否为言论自由,是否侵犯著作权,引发巨大争议。在网络传播的新时代我们必须面对如何应对恶搞类作品的侵权问题,规范这种收视和点击率颇高的作品的良性创作,思考将来可能由此引起的释法与立法问题。
Internet parody movies and videos are welcomed by society. Whether these works are freedom of speech or infringement of copyright has caused such controversy. In the new internet media era, we must face how to deal with infringement, regulate this kind of good work with high audience and clicking rate and think about the problems of legislation and interpretation of laws that may be caused by this in the future.
