摘要
文章对扫描电子显微镜图像格式进行分析,找出了图像像素点灰度值存储规律,加速电压和放大倍数重要参数存储区域;在转换通用图像过程中,解决图像标尺问题,使标尺以图像方式存储在图像中,标尺伴随图片大小变化;同时对BMP通用图像格式进行了详细介绍,为了实现快速转换,采用BMP模板文件快速装载和显示图像,通过编程实现扫描电子显微镜图像成批快速转换,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,节省了上机时间,避免人工转换时文件名输入错误,提高了工作效率,在实际应用中取得了较好效果。
This paper analyzes the image format of scanning electron microscope. It finds out storage rules of the gray value of image pixel and the storage areas of important parameters as accelerating voltage and magnification. Besides, in the conversion process of general images, we have resolved the problems of the image scale, so that the scale can be stored in the image as images, also scale has changes which go with the size of image. Most importantly, we conduct a detailed introduction for the Common Image Format of BMP, in order to achieve the rapid conversion, the use of BMP Express template file loading and display images by scanning electron microscopy programming implementation Express convert images in batches. So it can reduce the intensity of the operator and save time on machines to avoid the artificial errors in the input of file name. In conclusion, these attractive features endow its broad application in correlative fields.
