摘要
利用热电偶并联理论,对不均匀温度场进行了分析。利用数据采集板PCL-818HG对热电偶的热电势信号进行处理,用Visual Basic编写控制程序,实现了温度信号的数字化采集和显示。分析了准稳态法测导热系数实验过程,在热源相互干扰的不均匀温度场条件下,比较多支热电偶单点布置方式与并联布置方式的优缺点,得出了利用热电偶并联对不均匀温度场测量的参考式,并对该实验进行了改进。
This paper, mainly using the thermocouple parallel theory, analyses the non -uniform temperature field. Based on the data acquisition board PCL - 818HG, the processing to thermoelectric force signal of the thermocouple is carried out, a control procedure with Visual Basic is compiled to realize the digitized gathering and the demonstration of the temperature signal. It also analyzes the measurement of the thermal conductivity from the quasi - steady state law experiment process. As the beat source disturbs mutually, under the non - uniform temperature fidd condition, this paper compares many thermo - dement with simple point way arrangement and parallel way arrangement to get their good and bad points. A reference type using the thermo-dement parallel to measure the non - uniform temperature field is obtained. Improvement to the experiment is also made.
