摘要 不同的传感器具有不同的输出特性,为了更真实地模拟不同传感器的输出特性,需要采用不同的算法来对测得的数据进行拟合。目前传感器标定研究大多都着重于具体类型传感器的标定。结合软件开发及应用实际,提出一套基于PC机的通用传感器标定软件构架,针对不同类型、不同特性、不同用途的传感器,软件可以给出针对该传感器对应的最佳拟合算法,从而获得最佳测量精度。目前该软件运用于四川大学生物力学实验室多套实验系统中,经测试效果良好。 Different sensors have different characteristics, in order to simulate more realistically the characteristics of different sensors, to use different algorithms to the measured data firing is needed. At present, most of the sensor calibration studies have focused on the specific type of sensor ealibratlon, combined software development with practical application, this article puts forward a set of PC-based machine calibration of sensors common software architecture, software for different types, different characteristics and differ- ent uses of the sensor earl be given. The sensor for the eorrespending best fit algorithm in order to get the best measurement accuracy, the software is used in the present Siehuan University Biomeehanies Laboratory of several sets of experimental system, the test results prove good.
