植物检疫实验室采用标准的现状

Status of Standards for Phytosanitary Laboratory

对国内植物检疫标准特别是有害生物检疫鉴定方法类标准制订的现状,从标准数量和覆盖范围、标准内容等方面进行阐述,分析存在问题,对植物检疫标准体系建设提出建议。并指出植物检疫实验室在引用相关标准时应注意适用范围的一致性、标准有效性、识别强制性内容、规范使用标准代号等方面问题。

This thesis describes the status of standards for plant quarantine, especially the foundation of standard method for pests identification. It analyzes the current problems or troubles about the standards quantity, covering range and standards content, etc. Then it offers the advice for the foundation of the phytosanitary standard system. Meanwhile, the thesis points out that the phytosanitary laboratory should pay attention to the coherency and efficiency of the standards, and should identify the compulsive content and make normative use of code.
