本科教学评估促进实验教学中心建设与管理

Discussion on the Positive Function of Undergraduate Teaching Assessment of the Laboratory Construction and Management

实验室在人才培养过程中具有举足轻重的作用,新建院系实验室在创立之初无论硬件还是软件都不是很完善,本科教学评估工作对其发展和建设无疑是一个机遇。文章通过教学评估前后实验室平台建设、设备使用情况、创新实验开展、师资队伍完善、评估后运行情况等方面的对比,论述了本科教学评估对实验室建设和管理的促进作用。

Laboratory plays a very important role in the personnel cultivation. Laboratory in newly-born school of local university generally has incomplete hardware and software. The undergraduate teaching assessment provides an opportunity for the laboratory building and development. This paper aims at discussing the positive function of undergraduate teaching assessment of the building and manage- ment of laboratory by comparing the changes of the following aspects ： hardware construction, equipment occupation, innovation experimental teaching, teaching staff improvement and operational mechanism.
