Application of Cool Recycling Technology in Highway Construction

通过对冷再生技术在公路建设中的研究应用,提出了冷再生混合料的配合比设计方法,研究了冷再生技术的施工工艺以及质量控制与检测手段,并将再生的混合料应用于路面基层,对再生混合料的稳定性能、抗冲刷性能和抗收缩性能进行了对比分析,综合评价了再生混合料的路用性能。

In this paper study and application of cool recycling technology in highway construction is explained. The cool recycling mixing design method is proposed according to the study. The construction technology of cool recycling and the methods of quality con- trol and detection are studied. Cool recycling mixture is applied to pavement base. Its stability performance, anti-erosion properties and anti-shrlnkage are analyzed comparatively. Then, the pavement performance of cool recycling mixture is comprehensively evalua- ted.
