摘要
简单阐述了糠醇合成的反应机理,对糠醛催化加氢合成糠醇的两大工业技术及所采用的催化剂进行了对比分析;同时对合成糠醇使用的原料氢、催化剂配比、压力、反应温度对糠醇合成的影响进行了全面的工业分析和技术分析。另对工业合成糠醇在技术上应采取的改进提出了建议。
It simply illustrates the reaction mechanism of furfuralcohol synthesis. It compares the first two industrial technologies as well as catalysts applied on furfural catalytic hydrogenation and synthesis of furfuralcohol. It also analyzes factors which will affect furfuralcohol synthesis process,e.g, hydrogen used in furfuralcohol synthesis, catalyst ratio, pressure and reaction temperature,in industrial and technical views. In addition, it also brings forward some measures for improving industrial synthesis furfuralcohol in technical field.
