耳穴定位与神经、血管分布的研究

Location of Ear Points and the Distribution of Nerves and Blood Vessels

目的：研究耳穴定位与耳廓神经、血管分布的关系。方法：采用１０例成人固定体标本，用体视显微镜观测２０侧耳廓神经支配及动脉分布情况。结果：发现耳廓内脏代表区由面神经、舌咽神经及迷走神经耳支支配；躯体代表区由耳颞神经、耳大神经及枕小神经耳支支配。此外，耳廓皮肤尚有由颈外动脉发出的耳后动脉及颞浅动脉耳支分布，丰富的交感神经末梢亦随小动脉分布于耳廓。结论：耳穴的代表区与神经分布的性质密切相关，同时交感神经在传导痛觉方面亦起重要作用。

Objective:To study the relationship between the location of ear points and the distribution of nerves and blood vessels in the auricle.Methods:10 adult cadavers were adopted.The distribution of the nerves and arteries of their 20 auricles were observed with a microscope.results:The areas related to internal organs were controlled by facial nerve,glossopharyngeal nerve and auricular branch of vague nerve.The areas related to the trunk were controlled by auriculotemporal nerve,great auricular nerve and auricular branch of lesser occipital nerve.In the skin of auricle there also distributed auricular branch of superficial temporal artery and posterior auricular artery coming from external carotid artery.Many sympathetic nerve endings were distributed along with arterioles in the auricle.Conclusion:The areas of ear points are closely related to the nature of the nerves distributed,and sympathetic nerves also play a very important role in the conducting of pain. 
