覆膜支架腔内隔离术治疗胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤的护理研究

Endoluminal covered stent-graft exclusion in treatment of thoracic aortic dissecting aneurysm

目的总结覆膜支架腔内隔离术治疗胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤的护理方法。方法分析16例接受介入治疗的主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的临床资料、介入治疗和术后护理，结果介入治疗手术成功率100％，术后完善护理和监护，术中和住院期间无并发症，半年随访期间一例患者猝死，无其他严重不良事件发生。结论充分的术前准备，密切的术中配合以及完善的术后护理是保证手术顺利进行、预防和减少并发症的关键。

Objective To summarize the experience in nursing care for endoluminal covered stent-graft exclusion in treatment of thoracic aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods Sixteen patients with thoracic aortic dissecting aneurysm, 12 males and 4 females, aged 42-77, underwent endoluminal covered stent-graft exclusion and then were followed up for 6 months-2 years. The clinical data, including those about nursing care, were analyzed. Results All procedures were successfully done without serious complications during the operation and hospitalization. No other major adverse events occurred during the follow-up except for one sudden death. Psychological nursing, close observation of heart rate, pulse, and blood pressure, and health education were emphasized peri-operationally. Conclusion Sufficient pre-operation preparation, and careful nursing during and after operation play an important role to ensure the clinical success and reduction of complications around the endoluminal covered stent-graft exclusion in treatment of thoracic aortic dissecting aneurysm.
