白黎芦醇对耳蜗干细胞体外分化为毛细胞的诱导作用

摘要 目的:观察白藜芦醇对耳蜗干细胞体外诱导分化的影响作用。方法:分离新生大鼠Corti器的耳蜗干细胞,以白黎芦醇诱导分化后,采用Myosin ⅦA免疫荧光方法鉴定内耳毛细胞的数量。结果:白藜芦醇可使耳蜗干细胞诱导分化的内耳毛细胞数量明显增多。结论:白黎芦醇对耳蜗干细胞体外分化为内耳毛细胞有诱导作用。 Objective: To investigate the probabilities of tissues stem cells from cochlea tissues of neonatal rat differentiating into hair cells by resveratrol. Method: To establish the methods of serum-free incubation and single-cell cloning technique to culture the cochlea stem cells and observe the growth characteristics of the stem cells. The expression of nestin was used to detect the results of stem cell characters. Then the cochlea stem cells were cultured at different concentration in the existence of resveratrol. Myosin ⅦA immunofluorescence was used to detect the hair cells. Results: The muber of the hair cells cultured in the resveratrol group was higher than of the control group. Conclusion : Resveratrol could increase the number of both Myosin ⅦA( + ) hair cells.
