目的分析甲状腺侧叶全切术治疗孤立甲状腺结节的合理性与安全性。方法回顾性分析169例孤立甲状腺结节患者甲状腺侧叶全切术的治疗效果。结果141例为甲状腺良性病变,28例为甲状腺癌。术后均未出现甲状腺功能低下,169例患者均存活,无癌复发。结论甲状腺侧叶全切术是治疗孤立甲状腺结节的安全和有效的术式。
