摘要
经过多年的改革,我国国有企业基本完成了公司化改制的任务。公司作为法人组织,其运营必须首先尊重和满足有关法人的原理与具体法律制度。改制后的国有企业作为公司组织,同样需要依据法人制度的规则及公司法的立法宗旨运营与管理。而目前在公司与组织内部机构的关系及法人财产权等问题上,仍存在不利于国有企业改革的认识与操作。
Through years of experience the corporate reform has been made in China＇ s state - run enterprises. As legal person organizations, companies shall respect and satisfy the institutions and principles concerned. However, there exist problems in internal relations and property ownership, which should be addressed properly.
