SCT对甲状腺肿瘤性病变的临床应用价值

目的分析甲状腺肿瘤性病变的SCT表现,探讨SCT在甲状腺肿瘤性病变的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析28例甲状腺腺瘤和39例甲状腺癌的SCT表现,观察肿瘤病变的部位、大小、边缘、密度、强化特点、有无钙化、颈部是否有淋巴结肿大以及肿瘤与周围结构的关系。结果甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺癌2组间病变边缘是否清晰、病变密度是否均匀和颈部是否有淋巴结肿大以及强化幅度的比较经统计学分析表明两者差异具有显著性(P<0.05);钙化率的比较两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论SCT在甲状腺肿瘤性病变的诊断与鉴别诊断中有重要的作用;SCT可以观察甲状腺肿瘤与周围组织的关系,对外科手术有一定的指导作用。

Objective To investigate the value on the clinical application of slice CT on thyroid tumors diseases by studing SCT findings of thyroid tumors diseases.Methods The SCT findings of 28 cases thyroid ademoma and 39 cases thyroid carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.The SCT features including the location,size,margin,density,enhancement,calcifications,cerbical lymph node enlargement and the delineation of tumor were demonstrated Results There were statistically signification differences between thyroid ademoma and thyroid carcinoma in margin,the density of plain scan,cerbical lymph node enlargement and the enhancement amplication （P〈0.05）.But the difference of calcifications between thyroid ademoma and thyroid carcinoma was no statistic significant（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion SCT has great applied value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hyroid tumors diseases.It was important in the delineation of tumor extent and surgical planning.
