超声心动图在心衰患者再同步化治疗的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用超声心动图评价心衰患者左心室收缩功能,探讨心脏再同步化治疗对左心室收缩功能的影响。方法对冠状动脉造影提示有左心室非同步的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者25例和25例健康体检者进行超声心动图检查。结果经过超声心动图检测分析,观察组与对照组对比左心室各节段的心肌收缩达峰时间明显延迟,各节段达到峰值收缩速度时间差异较大(P<0.01)。讨论超声心动图能够评价心衰患者左室心肌收缩同步性,其左心室收缩同步化运动指标的Tmsv12-SD%与Ts12-SD相关性强、一致性高。 Objective To evaluate the of echocardiography synchronizes in cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT). Methods 25 cases with congestive heart failure treated with CRT(the observation group)and the other 25 healthy people (the control group) was inspected by the echoeardiography. Results The time of Tmsv of the observation group was lower than the control group, and the various stages of the Tmsv waS different(P〈0.01).Conclusion The echocardiography not only can be used for assessment of left ventricutar dyssynchrony, but also predict the effect of CRT.
