Gliomatosis eerebri（GC） is a rare intracranial tumor. Diagnosis and management of GC are difficult. In order to improve the awareness of the disease, its etiology and pathogenesis, pathology, clinical and radiological characteristics, differential diagnosis and treatment were made for a review.
