CD2相关蛋白在肾脏学科的新视角

The research progress of CD2-associated protein in the field of nephrology

摘要 CD2相关蛋白(CD2AP)是一个重要的足细胞相关蛋白,它与其它足细胞相关分子的关系成网络状联系,并且在不同的人类肾脏病中有不同表现,CD2AP还参与了复杂的足细胞信号转导通路,对足细胞生存和分化都至关重要。 CD2-assoeiated protein （CD2AP） is one of the critical podoeyte-assoeiated proteins which forms complicated network with other podoeyte-associated molecules. It has different representation in different human renal diseases. CD2AP also participates in podoeyte signal transduction pathways and plays an important role in the survival and differentiation of podocyte.
