Alternative Rejuvenation of an Old House:Translocation,Conservation and Reuse of Historic Building in Qingshuiwan

围绕一栋并未被列入法定保护清单的历史建筑的移位、保护和再利用展开,从现状与价值评估、移位方案的确定、移位与保护、新旧关系与再生设计4个方面对此项目进行了全面而深入的分析,并解析了该项目对于广泛存在的"无身份"历史建筑的保护与再生在方法上的借鉴意义。

Around the translocation, conservation and reuse of a historic building, which isn＇t listed in the catalogue of legal conservation, this paper makes an all-round analysis of the translocated project about its current situation and evaluation, the program of translocation, translocation and conservation, connection between treatment of the old and the new as well as the rejuvenation design. In this paper, the method of conservation and rehabilitation for historic buildings, which are widely existed but ＂without identity card＂, would be useful for reference of similar work.
