细胞松弛素B对体外成熟卵母细胞冻融后超微结构的影响

摘要 卵母细胞冷冻是保存女性生育力的一个重要手段,不仅可以避免胚胎冷冻引起的法律、宗教、伦理等问题,还可为女性儿童保存生育能力,有广泛的应用前景。尽管卵母细胞冷冻技术近年来取得了较大的突破,但至今仍未能像胚胎及精子冷冻一样在辅助生殖领域普及,其原因主要是由于冻融后的卵母细胞受精率、卵裂率较低,胚胎发育潜力低下。现已证明,卵母细胞冷冻的成功率低与冷冻对卵母细胞的染色体、纺锤体、质膜、皮质颗粒等超微结构的损伤密切相关。因此,如何保护冻融过程中卯母细胞的超微结构,是卵母细胞冷冻技术面临的一大难题。
