原发性卵巢功能不全的候选基因研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)是指女性40岁之前因性腺功能衰竭出现绝经,伴有促性腺激素水平升高、雌激素水平降低等内分泌异常及生殖器官萎缩等围绝经期表现。最近国际学者认为,POF的概念存在局限性,其仅代表卵巢功能的终末阶段,无法体现疾病的发展性和多样性,提出原发性卵巢功能不全(primary ovarian insufficiency,POI)是对这一疾病更加科学准确的诠释,揭示了疾病的本质特征。较大样本的临床病例分析认为,对于外源性因素导致的卵巢功能继发性丧失者,POF是对POI的补充。
