苗勒管腺肉瘤诊治进展 被引量：3

摘要 苗勒管腺肉瘤是一类罕见的肿瘤，美国M．D．Anderson癌症中心总结了41例苗勒管腺肉瘤，71％起源于子宫，其余部位有卵巢（15％）、盆腔（12％）和宫颈（2％）。腺肉瘤由良性或非典型性的腺体成分和肉瘤样间质构成，其组织学特征和生物学行为介于良性的腺纤维瘤和高度恶性的癌肉瘤之间。苗勒管腺肉瘤多见于绝经后妇女，临床呈低度恶性，不易远处转移，但复发率高。本文对苗勒管腺肉瘤的临床特征与诊治进行综述，以提高临床医生对此类少见肿瘤的认识。
