摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT医学图像三维重建在骨肿瘤诊断中的价值及其对手术的指导意义。方法对128例骨肿瘤患者采用螺旋CT进行薄层扫描和三维重建进行诊断。CT扫描全部采用Siemens SOMATOM Sensation16型多排高速螺旋CT机,1.0mm层厚。扫描所得断层资料通过网络传送至计算机工作站进行处理。采用Window.NT3.51平合上Insight三维重建软件进行三维重建。结果三维CT图像能够围绕X轴和Z轴任意旋转、切割以从不同角度观察,能够清晰显示骨肿瘤与周围组织结构的解剖形态特点。结论三维CT重建在骨肿瘤的诊断及手术方案的制订方面具有很大的临床应用价值,有助于骨肿瘤的立体定位和肿瘤破坏范围的正确评估,并为手术入路的设计、重建和内固定选择提供客观依据。
Objective To present the bone tumor spatially, and evaluate the significance of three-dimensional computed tomography in diagnosis and operation planning. Methods hree-dimensional(3D) CT imaging reconstruction was performed with Helical CT on 128 patients who sustained bone tumor. The procedure was performed with EBISC150XP fast CT. The thickness of scan layer was 1.0mm.The data obtained by the scan was transferred to the computer workstation, and used to reconstruct images with the "Insight" software on the Windows NT 3.51. Results The 3D CT images could rotate around X and Z axes and enabled sections to be viewed from different angles. The anatomy feature of the bone tumor could be presented completely on the 3D images. Conclusions 3D CT has great significance in the diagnosis and operation planning. It helps to locate the tumor and assess the affected range accurately, and provide evidence for approach designing, reconstruction and internal fixation.
