摘要
目的观察莪术油中莪术二酮的抗炎镇痛作用。方法以二甲苯鼠耳致炎及角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀观察抗炎作用;以小鼠扭体反应及热板法观察镇痛作用。结果莪术二酮能显著抑制上述动物模型炎症反应和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,并对热板法致小鼠痛阈有显著提高。结论莪术二酮具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects of curdione extracted from zedoary oil. Methods The anti-inflammatory elects were detected with xylene-induced ear swelling and carrageenaninduced paws edema in mice. The acetic acid writhing test and 55℃ hot plate test in mice were used to detect the analgesia. Results Curdione can distinctively inhibit the inflammatory edema caused by various inflammatory agents and reduce the time of writhe induced by acetic acid in mice. It can also significantly improve the mouse's pain threshold induced by hot plate. Conclusions Curdioue has notable effects of anti-inflammation and analgesia.
