城郊大型社区商业初探——以昆山绿地家世界三期项目为例

Large-scale Community Trade in Suburbs—The Example of Greenland PracticeⅢin Kunshan

伴随着居住社区的城郊化与大型化发展,以往的社区商业规划与设计已表现出某些不适应性。本文作者以实践工程为例,对城郊大型社区商业的发展模式以及规划设计提出了自己的看法与认识。

Because the communities become remote and large-scale, previous community trade, in particular, the methods of plan and design, do not fit to the current situation. The authors statement their own opinion about development pattern and design ways, through the practice they took part in.
