本轮金融危危机下东亚地区金融合作所取得的一个重要进展是,东亚区域储备库机制取得一系列实质性成果。本文对该机制的形成、演变、积极作用、实施条件及待解问题提供了一个清晰的分析轮廓。

Under the financial crisis,an important progression which was achieved in East Asia financial cooperation is the mechanism of CMIM obtained a series of substantive results.In this paper,the author provide a clear outline to analyse the formation of the mechanism,the evolution,the positive effect,the conditions of implementation and the issues to be solved.
