交通问题与城市交通拥堵、能源消耗和温室气体排放关系密切。只有将交通运输规划与城市土地利用相结合,减少交通量,并组织良好的交通运输才能使交通问题得到有效解决。曹妃甸生态城的交通规划与土地利用相结合,以交通导向发展和位置策略的规划理念为基础,在城市系统中采用了一系列综合的可持续发展的交通战略,大力发展便捷舒适的公共交通和非机动运输网络,减少机动车出行比例。
Traffic issue is closely related to the traffic jam energy consumption and emissions of green house gases in urban area. The traffic issue could be solved only through the Integrated land use and transport planning, decreasing the total amount of travel and a good traffic organazition. Caofiedian Eco-city adapts integrated land use and transport planning based on TOD and Location policy, and takes a series of sustainable traffic strategies within each city systems such as developing convenient and comfortable public transport and non-motorized transportation network, reducing the travel volume of motor vehicles,etc.
