摘要 目的:一方面为猕猴桃品种的分类、登记管理在分子标记技术方面提供有效可靠的依据,从而避免品种资源的混乱;另一方面通过对猕猴桃的SSR分析,推测出其品种间的亲缘关系。方法:实验通过对40对SSR引物的筛选,获得其中6对扩增带型稳定、清晰,多态性好的引物,从而对35个猕猴桃品种进行SSR分析。结果:利用SSR指纹图谱把选用品种区分开,并进一步作聚类分析,生成系统进化树。结论:其亲缘关系分析表明,我国这35个品种归为8大类群。 Objective: This study provides a benchmark reference for establishment of molecular identification system and for further uses in breeding program conservation strategy of kiwifruit cultivars, and also supplemented useful information for understanding the relationship between the Chinese kiwifruit and the delicious kiwifruit.Method:After the selection of 40 pairs of higli polymorphic kiwfrutit SSR loci, we got 6 pairs of SSR primers with good stability and adaptability, and using electroplioresis and list files to carry out a preliminary study for the 35 kinds of ldwifruit. Result: In the process of experiment, using the first- rank project, we discriminated all cuhivars by SSR finger printing and clustering analyses, finally established an evolution tree and construe relationship among the cultivars. Conclusion: In this study, a great number of common alleles were found in Chinese delicious varieties, which suggest a close relationship between them.
