摘要
新疆有大面积驱动因子不同的荒漠化土地,这为形成特殊的微生物生态系统及优势微生物种群提供良好的环境条件。文章拟利用传统的微生物分离、培养方法和现代分子生物学技术相结合来分析荒漠化区域中的微生物群落多样性、动态性,然后通过对比不同荒漠化区域的微生物种群的动态变化,来揭示荒漠化和微生物种群动态变化的相关性,同时对新疆荒漠化区的微生物资源做较为深入的考察,从而更好地为工农业生产服务。
There were large and deserted soils driven by different factors, and thus suplied good environments for establisking the special microbiology ecology system and the advanced microbial community. Combining traditional microbiology cultivationbased techniques with advanced molecular methods, the thesis analysed the diversity and dynamic change of microbial community structure to discover the relevance between them. Moreover, microbial resource in Xinjiang would be opened deeply and used to benefit the people better.
