摘要
目的运用声辐射力脉冲成像技术(acoustic radiation force impulse,ARFI)评价腔静脉结扎前后兔肝的弹性改变。方法选择5只日本大耳兔为研究对象,经耳缘静脉麻醉后开腹,游离兔腔静脉,运用ARFI技术分别于腔静脉结扎前、结扎后20min对兔右肝同一部位进行检查,比较腔静脉结扎前和结扎后肝组织的弹性改变,实验结束后处死,取肝组织做病理检查。结果腔静脉结扎前兔左肝ARFI测值明显高于腔静脉结扎后[(1.28±0.08)m/svs(0.96±0.11)m/s,P<0.05],病理检查见腔静脉结扎后兔肝小叶中央静脉及肝窦扩张明显,内充满红细胞,伴有少量小叶中央肝细胞坏死、水肿。结论兔肝急性淤血时弹性会减低,ARFI是一种新的技术用于组织弹性的评价。
Objective To evaluate the elastieity change of liver in rabbits with inferior vena eava ligation using acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI). Methods Five health Japanese big ear rabbits were used for this study. After intravenous anesthesia via marginal vein, before and 20 minutes after ligation of the inferior vena cave (ICV), the elasticity change of right liver of rabbits was detected using acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) respectively. The rabbits were executed after finishing the detection and the pathological features of right liver were observed under microscope. Results Compared with 20 minutes after ligation of IVC, Vs (the shear-wave velocity) of right liver of rabbit was significantly higher than that before ligation of IVC [(1.28±0.08)m/s vs (0.96±0.11)m/s, P〈0.05]. The pathologic resuh showed that the central veins of hepatic lobules and the hepatic siuusoids enlarged and filled with numerous erythrocytes, combined with central lobular hepatocytes necrosis and edema. Conclusion The elasticity of the rabbits' liver with acute congestion may be decreased. The ARFI is a novel method to assess the elasticity of the tissue.
