骨盆旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起的排便障碍

The pelvis manipulation treats the lumber disc protrusion patients with the dysporia

目的探讨骨盆旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起排便障碍的发生机制。方法回顾性分析28例腰椎间盘突出症引起排便障碍患者的临床资料。结果骨盆旋转复位法治疗后,在一个半月内,19例患者症状完全消失,6例好转,3例无效。结论骨盆旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起的排便障碍疗效显著。

Objective To discussed the treatment mechanism of the pelvis manipulation on patient with lumber disc protrusion accompanied by symptoms of dysporia. Methods The clinic data of the 28 patients was collected and studied by retrospective analyze. The treatment mechanism was discussed. Results After 45 days of treatment, 19 patients fully recovered, only 6 case improved, 3 case no effect. Conclusion Pelvis manipulative treatment is a very effective method in treating the patient of lumbar disc protrusion with dysporia.
