体检及因病住院飞行人员睡眠状况调查及对比分析

Investigation and contrast analysis of sleep status of aviators came for physical examination or for disease treatment

目的调查体检及因病住院飞行人员的睡眠情况。方法调查对象为2006年1月-12月在我科住院治疗的飞行人员及参加新机种改装体检的飞行人员。自行设计问卷,采用纸笔方式进行调查。调查项目包括：睡眠时间、入睡潜伏期、睡眠质量、次日飞行对前夜睡眠的影响、睡眠不足对次日飞行的影响等。结果普通住院飞行人员的睡眠时间显著短于改装体检的飞行人员（分别为6.29±1.41、7.61±0.75,P〈0.01）,睡眠质量前者低于后者（两组分别为2.75±1.24、1.61±0.84）,而存在睡眠障碍的比例高于后者（两组分别为67.1%、24.6%）。次日有飞行任务会影响到前夜的睡眠;飞行前夜睡眠不良可导致注意力下降、记忆力下降、严重疲劳、警觉性降低、飞行错觉频繁、加速度耐力下降等。结论住院飞行人员的睡眠情况差,睡眠不足对飞行具有不利影响。

Objective To investigate the sleep status of aviators who came for physical examination or for disease treatment. Methods The objects investigated were aviators hospitalized in our wards（group A） and aviators that came for physical examination for modification equipment to updated fighter （group B） from January to December in 2006. The questionnaire were designed by ourselves, and answered in penpaper way. The items included： length of sleep time, sleep latency, sleep quality, the influence of next day flight on previous night sleep and the effects of poor sleep on next day flight. Results The sleep time of group A was shorter than that of group B（6.29±1.41 and 7.61±0. 75 respectively, P〈0.01） ,the sleep quality of group A was poorer than that of group B（2.75 ±1.24 and 1.61 ±0.84 respectively, P〈 0.01） ,and the ratio of aviators with sleep disorders of group A was higher than that of group B（67.1% and 24.6% respectively）. Flight task can influence the sleep of previous night; poor sleep may lead to decreased attention, impaired memory, serious fatigue, decreased vigilance, frequent flight illusion,decreased acceleration endurance and so on. Conclusion The sleep quality of hospitalized aviators is bad, poor sleep has negative effect on flight.
