摘要 本文旨在考察上海生态农业的发展状况、趋势和结构变化,比较了不同时期石化要素减量投入、资源循环利用和社会生态经济等指标变动的差异,寻求促进生态农业发展的有效途径。本文首先阐述了生态农业发展研究的最新进展,然后利用层次分析法对上海生态农业发展进行了测度,分析了上海生态农业发展的背景、条件和影响因素。通过测算1997-2006年上海生态农业减量投入、资源利用、经济社会和生态环境等指标,得出以下结论:调整生产结构是生态农业建设的有力措施;资源循环利用和石化要素减量投入是生态农业发展的重点;生态农业制度创新是根本;生态农业技术进步是关键。 In this paper, evolutionary status, trends, strutural changes about Shanghai ecological agriculture are evaluated, and the discrepancy among the reduction indicator in petrochemical factor, the resource cyclic utilization indicator and the ecological and economic indicator in different periods is compared, and the effective way to promote the development of Shanghai ecological agriculture is studied. The development of Shanghai ecological agriculture is measured by AHP method, and an empirical analysis is conducted to assess development background, conditions and infl.uencing factors for Shanghai ecological agriculture. Composite indicators such as input reduction, resource utilization, ecological en- vironment and economic and social development of Shanghai ecological agriculture during 1997-2006 are measured. Some conclusions on the development of ecological agriculture can he obtained as follows:structural adjustment is an effective measure for the development of ecological agriculture ; the resource cyclic utilization and the reduction in petrochemical factor are the crucial factors for the development of ecological agricul- ture;institutional innovation for eco-agriculture is fundamental factor; technological progress of ecological agriculture is a crucial key.
