摘要
用线性方法模拟碳化过程中混凝土的pH值随混凝土深度的变化曲线,并提出了一个pH值预测模型,该模型可以计算任意时刻、混凝土内部任意一点的pH值。用本文提出的pH值预测模型计算钢筋表面任一时刻的[OH-],用氯离子扩散模型计算钢筋表面任一时刻的[Cl-],以[Cl-]/[OH-]达到临界值作为钢筋锈蚀的条件,就可以预测混凝土内部钢筋开始锈蚀的时间,从而预测混凝土结构的使用寿命。
A curve that describes the concrete pH value changing with concrete depth is fitted by linear method, and a pH prediction model is proposed in this paper, by which the concrete pH value at any time and any concrete depth can be predicted. The [OH-] of concrete at any time could be calculated by the pH model proposed in this paper, and the[Cl-] of concrete at any time could be calculated by diffusion model. Regarding the critical value of[Cl- ]/[OH- ] as a criterion to judge whether the steel bar is corroded, the initial corrosion time of steel bar could be predicted. Consequently the service life of concrete structure could be predicted.
