摘要
目的研究睡眠剥夺对青春期大鼠性激素水平的影响。方法健康Wister大白鼠共80只,4~5周龄;雄性40只,对照组、实验组各20只;雌性40只,对照组、实验组各20只;采用改良多平台睡眠剥夺法建立模型;利用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血清性激素含量,雄性大鼠检测卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T),雌性大鼠检测FSH、LH、雌二醇(E2)。结果72 h睡眠剥夺后,雄性大鼠实验组FSH与对照组比较、LH与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组T与对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);雌性大鼠实验组FSH与对照组比较、LH与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组E2与对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论睡眠剥夺引起青春期雄性大鼠T、雌性大鼠E2分泌减少。睡眠剥夺是否会导致处于青春期的中小学生性激素分泌减少值得进一步研究。因此,笔者建议,应该充分保证中小学生充足的睡眠,以免引起性激素分泌减少、紊乱。
Objective To study the effects of sleep deprivation on sex hormones in adolescent rats. Methods A total of 80 healthy Wister rats (40 male and 40 female, 4-5 weeks old) were averagely divided into a control group and an experiment group. The modified multiple platform method was adopted to built a deprivation model; and the radioimmunoassay was used to check serum sex hormone contents: follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) in male rats; FSH, LH and estradiol (E2) in female rats. Results After 72 hours of sleep deprivation, there were no significant differences between the experiment group and control group of FSH and LH in the male rats, P 〉0.05, and there was a significant difference between the experiment group and control group of T in the male rats, P 〈 0.01 ; there were no significant differences between the experiment group and control group of FSH and LH in the female rats, P 〉 0.05, and there was a significant difference between the experiment group and control group of E2 in the female rats, P 〈 0.01. Conclusions Sleep deprivation can decrease the serum T of male rats and E2 of female rats.
