一起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的调查分析 被引量:6

Investigation on a case of food poisoning caused by vibrio parahemolyticus

摘要 目的了解导致食物中毒原因及研究中毒菌株的生物特性。方法按GB/T4789-2003方法将酒店厨房工作人员及中毒人员肛拭子、剩余的食物进行分离培养,用纯菌株进行生化试验。结果经调查,掌握了流行病学资料,以及通过试验在3份酒店厨房工作人员肛拭子、4份中毒人员肛拭子中分离到副溶血性弧菌株。结论副溶血性弧菌导致食物中毒发生。 Objective To find out the cause of focal poisoning and study the characteristics of bacterium that causes the focal poisoning. Methods The bacteria from the leftovers and the anal swabs of the patients and cooks were isolated and cultured with the national standard method (GB/I'4789-2003), and the biochemistry characteristics of the isolated bacterium were tested. Results The epidemiological data were collected, and vibrio parahemolyticus was isolated from the anal swabs of three cooks and four patients. Conclusions Vobrio parahemolyticus causes this food poisoning.
