急慢性放射性肠炎32例临床研究

The Clinical Study of the 32 Radiation Enterocolitis

目的通过对放射性肠炎的临床观察,分析急慢性放射性肠炎的病例特点及治疗效果。方法对32例放射性肠炎进行回顾性分析,观察其病例特点,比较其治疗效果及预后。结果23例急性放射性肠炎疗程短、疗效好,治疗有效率达95.6%,预后良好;9例慢性放射性肠炎疗程长,起效时间长,治疗有效率33.3%,预后不良。结论放射性肠炎以预防为主,急性期治疗效果较好,若为慢性迟发型则治疗困难,预后不佳。

Objective By the clinical observation of the radiation enterocolitis,acute and chronic radiation enterocolitis＇ s case features and therpaeutic efficiency are analyzed. Methods Respectively analyzing the 32 radiation enteroeolitis is to observe their case feature and compare their therapeutic efficiency and prognosis. Results For the 23 acute radiation enteroeolitis, the course of treatment is short, and therpaeutic efficiency is good. The effieiney rate is 95.6% and its prognosis is very good. However,for the 9 chronic radiation enteroeolitis,the course of treatment and the time of taking effect is longer than acute eases. The efficiency rate is 33.3% and its prognosis isn＇ t content. Conclusion Radiation enteroeolitis is precaustion crucial. The prognosis of acute cases are very good, but chronic cases are very troublesome to treat and their prognosis are not excellent.
