Protection of Former Celebrity Residence and Former Sites in Wuhan by Landscape Architecture

在全面调查分析武汉市名人故居与旧址的基础上,提出了实施总体保护、园林引导和文化提升的园林保护思路和原则,以及强化环境、系统保护,建园护宅、完善功能,控制视线、突出主体,彰显特质、传承文化等园林保护与利用方法与策略。

Based on the comprehensive investigation of former celebrity residences and former sites in Wuhan, this paper put forward the basic principles on overall protection,guidance of landscape architecture and cultural improvement. This paper also put forward such methods and countermeasures as protecting and utilizing landscape architecture through the beautification of environment, systematic protection,establishment of gardens, perfection of functions, controlling of vision, protrusion of the main parts, demonstration of features and transmission of culture.
