诱导型一氧化氮合酶在被动吸烟女性缺血性脑卒中发病中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在被动吸烟女性缺血性脑卒中发病中的作用。方法有被动吸烟史的女性缺血性脑卒中患者(被动吸烟组)100例,根据其被动吸烟指数分为指数〈300亚组、300~599亚组、600~900亚组及〉900亚组,每亚组25例。检测各亚组血清iNOS水平及颈动脉粥样硬化情况;并与无吸烟及被动吸烟史的健康女性(正常对照组)进行比较。结果不同被动吸烟指数亚组患者的血清iNOS水平、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及斑块检出率明显高于正常对照组(均P〈0.01);被动吸烟指数与血清iNOS含量呈正相关(r=0.81,P〈0.01);血清iNOS含量与IMT及斑块检出率呈正相关(r=0.69,r=0.72,均P〈0.01)。结论长期被动吸烟的女性血清iNOS过度表达,可能促进了动脉粥样硬化的形成及缺血性脑卒中的发生。 Objective To study the effect of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)on the occurrence of isehemie cerebral stroke in passive smoking female. Methods 100 passive smoking female patients with isehemie cerebral stroke (passive smoking group) according to the passive smoking index were divided into sub-groups index 〈300, 300 -599,600 -900 and 〉900; 25 cases in each group. The level of serum iNOS and the situation of carotid atheroselerosis were detected. The resules were compared with healthy female who without smoking 'and passive smoking (normal control group ). Results Compared with the normal control group, the levels of serum iNOS, the intimal media thickness (IMT) s of carotid artery and the positive rates of carotid atheroselerosis plaque in each passive smoking index sub-group were significantly increased (all P 〈 0. 01 ). There was a positive correlation between the passive smoking index and the content of serum iNOS( r =0.81 ,P 〈0. 01 ). Also, the content of serum iNOS Were positive correlations with IMT and the positive rates of carotid atheroselerosis plaque in the passive smoking group (r=0.69,r=0.72, all P〈0.01). Conclusion Over expression of serum iNOS in passive smoking female for a long-term can promote the formation of atherosclerosis and induce the isehemic cerebral stroke.
