摘要
随着对环境友好的钎焊接头连接工艺的关注及对良好力学性能要求的增加,无钎剂钎焊技术得到了蓬勃发展。介绍了超声振动辅助钎焊、真空活性钎焊、无钎剂加压钎焊及冷喷预置钎料等4种无钎剂钎焊技术的研究和应用现状,分析了工艺参数对接头性能和钎料润湿性的影响,并对无钎剂钎焊技术的发展进行了展望。
With attention to environmental friendly technology of soldered joints and the requirement on good mechanical properties being increased, fluxless soldering technology develops quickly.The research work and current application of four fluxless brazing technologies were introduced, which includes ultrasonic assisted soldering,vacuum active brazing,fluxless pressure brazing and cold spray filler coating.The effects of process parameters on joint properties and wettablity of filler metal were analyzed.Moreover,the development of fluxless brazing technology was proposed.
