摘要 为实现对大尺寸工件的智能切割,采用结构光视觉传感的方式,对待切割曲面钢板的边缘跟踪进行了研究。给出了跟踪的基本原理,并详细讨论了跟踪过程中的关键技术:图像去噪,特征点检测以及偏差识别。同时搭建了试验平台,对所提出的方法进行了试验验证,结果表明,曲面钢板边缘的自动跟踪效果较好,其跟踪精度满足生产需要。该方法解决了大尺寸曲面工件边缘坡口切割的难题,具有实时性、适应性强、实现容易等特点。 In order to realize the intelligent cutting of large workpieces,the edge tracking technology of cutting steel plate was studied based on the structured light visual sensor.The basic principle of tracking was given and the key technologies were discussed in detail in the process of tracking,which includes image de-noising,feature point detection and the variance identification.At the same time,an experimental platform was built to verify the proposed methods.The results showed that automatic tracking of the edge of the plate surface was achieved and the tracking precision met its production requirement.The method was real-time,adaptable,and easy to be achieved,which solved the edge groove cutting problems of large size workpiece surface.
