摘要
介绍了精密电阻点焊电源的基本原理及特点,试验测试了晶体管式点焊电源和不同频率下的逆变点焊电源输出的电流波形;对比了传统加压系统和精密伺服加压系统的特点,试验测试了各种加压系统的压力波形图。所研制的精密点焊技术已成功应用于微型零件点焊生产,结果表明,该技术有其独特的工艺优势,有很好地推广应用价值。
The basic principle and characteristics of the precise resistance spot welding (RSW) power supply were introduced.The output current waveform of transistor type and different frequency RSW spot welding power supply were tested in the experiment.The characteristics of the traditional pressure systems and precision servo pressure system were compared.The different pressure waveforms were tested in the experiment. The technology of RSW has already been used in the production of micro-parts.The result shows that the welding machine has unique advantages in precision welding and can be popularized and applied widely.
