冲模修复用不含钨耐磨堆焊焊条的研制

摘要 针对冲模的工作条件和主要失效形式,研制了两种冲模修复用不含钨耐磨堆焊焊条。通过硬度及耐磨性试验,高温抗氧化性试验,热疲劳性试验,金相分析和工艺试验,比较了两种焊条熔敷金属的性能及组织。研究表明,在焊条药皮中加入多种适量的合金元素,能达到单纯用高含量W的强化效果,制造成本下降。焊条具有优良的耐磨性能、较好的热疲劳性能和抗氧化性能。综合考虑,两种焊条均能满足对冲模修复的要求。 Two kinds of hardfacing electrodes without tungsten for the repairing of dies were developed according to the working conditions and the main forms of failure.By means of all kinds of experiments,such as hardness and wear tests,high-temperature oxidation and thermal fatigue experiments,microstructure analyses,and welding procedure test,the performances of several deposited metals were compared.Research results indicated that the covering of the electrode with many kinds of ahoy elements which would reduce the price can achieve the same reinforcing effects with the electrode with high content of element W.The two electrodes were proved with the better performance of wear resistance, thermal fatigue and oxidation resistance.The two electrodes can satisfied with the requirement of repairing.
