用仿真确定双丝埋弧焊的焊接参数 被引量:1

摘要 为了用仿真方法确定25钢的双丝埋弧焊焊接工艺参数,首先建立了ANSYS仿真的有限元模型,采用双椭球形热源模型对焊接过程进行仿真,求出了正、背两面焊接在一系列总热输入作用下的熔深,然后根据正背两面焊接熔深的要求优选了两组焊接工艺参数,最后以选定的焊接工艺参数进行焊接试验。试验结果表明,焊接质量优良,用有限元仿真确定焊接参数可有效减少试验次数,缩短生产周期,节省人力和物力。 In order to determining the welding conditions of double wire submerged arc welding (SAW) of 25 steel,the finite element models based on ANSYS software were created,and the penetrations of two sides under a series of total energy were calculated by simulations with double ellipsoid heat source model,and the preferred combinations for welding condition were selected.The experimental results of the selected welding conditions show that the welding quality is good,and that the welding conditions selected by simulation can greatly reduce the experimental costs.
