摘要
分析了金属带式无级变速器(CVT)速比控制的滞后特性对汽车燃料经济性和驾驶性能的影响,在常规控制策略的基础上,增加了对从动轮转速信号的修正,完善了目标速比控制算法,以减小发动机工作点相对最佳经济工作路线的偏离程度。根据节气门开度变化率情况对速比控制阀的驱动信号进行修正,以改善汽车换挡速度,提高汽车的驾驶性能。在节气门开度变化率协调下,实现了上述两者性能的协调统一。试验结果表明,采用修正后的控制策略提高了汽车的燃料经济性和驾驶性能。
The influence of the lagging characteristics of CVT ratio control on the drivability and fuel economy of the automobile were studied. Based on the routine control strategy, the rotate speed signals of the secondary pulley were corrected, the algorithms of the objective ratio were perfected, and the departure of the engine operation from the optimal operation line was decreased. The drive signals of the ratio control valve were corrected based on the engine throttle valve opening response speed, the shift speed was perfected, and driving performances were improved. The minimum fuel consumption and the driving performance were unified by the engine throttle valve opening response speed. The experimental data shows that the corrected control strategy can improve the drivability and fuel economy of automobile.
