基于复刚度带附加气室空气弹簧振动特性研究 被引量:6

Research on Vibration Characteristics of Air Spring with Auxiliary Chamber Based on Complex Stiffness

摘要 建立了带附加气室空气弹簧系统的动力学方程,经过线性化处理后推导出系统的复刚度模型,依照复刚度模型建立了系统的等效刚度、等效阻尼及固有频率的计算模型。以Firestone 1T15M-2型膜式空气弹簧为实验和计算对象,通过实验对计算模型进行了修正和验证,计算结果与实验结果较一致。计算结果表明,系统刚度随节流孔开度增大而减小,阻尼随节流孔的增大先增大后减小,附加气室容积的增大能使系统刚度减小并使阻尼比增大,激励频率的增大会增大系统刚度并减小系统阻尼比,静载荷的变化对系统振动特性影响不大。 The dynamics equations of air spring and the complex stiffness model of the system was system with auxiliary chamber were established, deduced according to the equations being linearly processed. Based on the complex stiffness model, the calculation models of the system's equivalent stiffness, equivalent damping and natural frequency were established. Firestone 1T15M--2 air spring was selected as a research object, the calculation models were amended and verified by test, and the results of test and calculation are close to each other. The calculation results show that, with the increase of orifice diameter, the system stiffness increases, and the system damping ratio firstly increases and then decreases; Enlarging auxiliary chamber's volume can decrease stiffness and increase damping ratio. Increasing actuator frequency will increase stiffness and decrease damping ratio. The change of static load has little effect on vibration characteristics of the system.
